Ensuring that your name is entered on the list of electors

The notices of entry on the list of electors will be mailed today. They contain the names of all persons domiciled at each address, as well as the addresses of boards of revisors.

If your name is correctly entered on the list, you are officially entered on the list for the election on June 6, 2010. If you notice any errors or omissions on the list (absence of a name, incorrect first name, name that should not appear), you must report them to a board of revisors.  The addresses and office hours are shown on the notice of entry.

Applications for entry, correction or deletion may be filed from May 8 to 17. Please refer to the section List of electors for the documents to be produced. You may file an application with the board of revisors of your choice.

Remember the deadline. After May 17, the list will be final and no changes will be possible.
