The number of signatures required to warrant a referendum poll is 224. Therefore, a referendum poll must be held, at a date to be announced, unless the by-law is withdrawn.

As for the register regarding By-law 09-003-2, it is comprised of 32 signatures. The number of signatures required to warrant a referendum poll is 192. Therefore, By-law 09-003-2 is thus deemed approved by qualified voters.
