March 15, 2020 by-election – Update of the situation

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has ordered a by-election in municipalities where a quorum of councils no longer exists or where the office of mayor is vacant. The polling day for these by-elections was set by the Minister for October 4, 2020. This does not apply to the by-election in Saint-Léonard-Est which was initially scheduled for March 15, 2020, but cancelled due to the pandemic.  Next
